Billing Coordinator - Savannah, GA

Coastal Care is currently seeking an individual who is professional, caring and reliable to work closely with our Leadership Team to facilitate the efficient operation and daily flow of Coastal Care, serving as the liaison between Coastal Care’s Leadership and the Client. This exceptional individual’s primary function is to work alongside leadership, clinical staff and office personnel to ensure administrative tasks are completed and that the business functions efficiently. Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
  • Embrace teamwork and collaboration among staff

  • Assists with onboarding processes for new clients

  • Calculating charges for service
  • Working with Long Term Care companies to ensure invoices are provided in a timely manner.
  • Complete and send Homecare and PDN invoices bimonthly on the 1st and 16th.
  • Maintain QuickBooks accounts receivable ledger.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Computer skills including but not limited to MS Office Applications and Outlook
  • Valid US issued Driver’s License with no serious driving violations with valid Auto Insurance
  • Ability to pass criminal background checks, fingerprinting and drug test
  • A willingness to learn
Certification Requirements:
  • H.S. Diploma or GED

Nurse Care Manager - Savannah, GA
