Meet the Owners
Amy Pierce, RN, BSN, CMC
CEO & CO-OWNER
Amy Pierce, RN, BSN, CMC is co-owner of Coastal Care Partners and has been a practicing nurse since 2000. That means she is acutely aware of exactly what patients need and how to provide the very best care. With specialties in medical-surgical, emergency room, oncology, pain management, and hospice, Amy has developed a true passion for helping patients and families not only feel better, but live better, too.
Scott Pierce
CO-OWNER & CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
Amy’s husband and fellow co-owner, Scott Pierce, is a Savannah native and has been working in healthcare technology for the past 12 years. His first-hand experience with hospitals and care organizations all over the nation revealed the present-day gaps in traditional healthcare, and it was that realization that resulted in Amy and Scott creating Coastal Care Partners.
Meet the Team
Dr. Sanjay Iyer, MD
Chief Medical Officer
Chief Medical Officer for Coastal Care Partners is Dr. Sanjay Iyer. A long-time Savannah physician who specializes in Emergency Medicine, Dr. Iyer brings a level of dedication and enthusiasm to medicine that is second to none. A graduate of Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Iyer completed his residency at Carolinas Medical Center and has published several medical journal articles including, “The Effect of Emergency Department Crowding on Patient Satisfaction for Admitted Patients.”
Dr. Pamela Gaudry
Concierge Primary Care Physician
Dr. Pamela Gaudry, MD, NCMP, FACOG, or “Dr. Pam” as she’s affectionately known to her patients, has been practicing in Savannah for 30 years. She completed her residency at The Medical College of Georgia in 1993 and began practicing in Savannah at Memorial Medical Center as one of their physicians. In January 2018, Dr. Pam decided to break away from “Big Healthcare” and opened up her own Direct Primary Care practice which puts the patients first. In this type of practice, the patient must think of healthcare differently – you will be part of her medical family. In this model, the patient employs the physician to be there when they need them – not when it is convenient for the physician to fit the patient in the schedule. This type of medical care has become extremely popular thanks to its focus on the patient experience as well as great care. An advocate of the medical community, Dr. Pam has been a member of the Georgia Medical Society, executive board of the Medical Association of Georgia, and in the inaugural class of the Georgia Physician Leadership Academy. In addition, she has lobbied health issues in Washington, D.C. and at the Georgia State Legislature. A Savannah native, Dr. Pam is a graduate of the University of Georgia, summa cum laude, and completed her residency with the Medical College of Georgia. She is married and has two children (boy-girl twins). She has lived in Savannah, Georgia since 1971. Her intense passions are her Christian faith, reading the Bible, family, gardening, butterflies, golden retrievers, comedy shows, and football. She is a die-hard Georgia Bulldog fan, and on football Saturdays, she can usually be found screaming in the stands of Sanford Stadium in Athens.
Nicole Jackson

She commenced her nursing career at the Hudson Valley Hospital Center, where she honed her skills in the Medical Surgery Oncology Unit, demonstrating compassion and excellence in patient care from the outset.

Nicole’s determination paid off when she became board certified in 2005, marking the beginning of a remarkable journey in healthcare.
Nicole’s career path has been diverse and illustrious, including roles in establishing the Resident CareCenter at Kendal-on-Hudson and serving in Gynecological Oncology at the prestigious Westchester Medical Center. Her dedication to improving the health and wellness of her patients is unwavering, as evidenced by her numerous lectures on topics including breast cancer, prostate cancer, and hypertension.
Nicole’s commitment to excellence is further demonstrated by her memberships in the Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honors Society and certifications by the AANP and AANC. Beyond her professional endeavors, Nicole finds joy in her family life, sharing her home with her husband Dan, their three grown children, Alexander, Kevin, Molly, and their newest addition, a lively Jack Russel Terrier named Cash.
