Coastal Care Partners SMS Messaging Program
1. Program Description
Coastal Care Partners operates SMS messaging programs for two distinct populations:
(a) Client and family communications. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Coastal Care Partners, clients, prospective clients, and authorized family members agree to receive service-related communications, appointment reminders, care coordination updates, and other important information related to our services.
(b) Internal employee alerts. Coastal Care Partners also delivers operational and clinical alert SMS to authorized employees and contracted clinical staff as a job-required function of their roles. Consent for this program is obtained during HR onboarding, both verbally and via signed written acknowledgment in the employee handbook. This internal program is not available to clients, families, or members of the public.
2. Opt-Out
You can cancel SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to our number. After you send "STOP," we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To resume, opt in again. Note: employees who opt out of internal clinical alert SMS may impact their ability to perform job duties; consult HR before opting out of work-related alert messaging.

4. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and from you to us. Message frequency varies depending on service needs. For questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
